Nesima Resort is a small boutique hotel and is regarded as one of the best hotels and diving resorts in Dahab. Ideally situated, Nesima Resort is on the beach front promenade of Dahab just a short walk from the centre of the town with its many shops, bars and restaurants.
Built in a traditional Bedouin style, the hotel has been designed in an oriental style with beautiful dome shaped guest rooms. The swimming pool is situated on the main seafront of Dahab and also has beautiful, unrestricted views across the Gulf of Aqaba and its amazing pool bar! Free Wi-Fi is available at the dive centre and pool.
Dahab is a one hour drive from Sharm el Sheikh International Airport. Although Dahab has grown over the years it still manages to maintain its laid-back quirky charm from its Bedouin roots.

Famous Dahab Dive Sites:
The Blue Hole – El Bells
One of the most famous diving sites in the Red Sea, not because of its beauty but unfortunately because it is associated with a high number of fatal accidents. The site is very interesting when doing a drift dive from El-Bells along the vertical sheer wall dropping away into the blue, towards the saddle of the Blue Hole which is a beautiful coral garden teeming with life.
The Canyon is a deep crack/cave within the reef slope. You can descend down through its widest opening onto a sandy bottom (28metres) where the sunrays causes beautiful light effects. You end off the dive along a beautiful shallow coral garden.
Extra ordinary dive site for its richness of marine life and spectacular coral formations. A resident school of juvenile barracuda frequents this site as well as Napoleon wrasse, snappers and groups. A very easy dive which is definitely a highlight.
The main attraction of this site is the huge population of Garden Eels, but also offers a mixture of a beautiful coral garden teeming with fish and moray eels.
Thistlegorm (Optional day trip)
A full day tour with an early departure from Dahab to Sharm-el-Sheikh
(approx 1 hour drive). On arrival check on to the day boat for 3 dives – (2 Dives on the Thistlegorm Wreck and 1 Dive at Ras Mohammed National Park). Breakfast & Lunch are served on board. A minimum of Advanced is required for this excursion due to the depth of the wreck & currents often experienced in the channel. Ras Mohammed is famous for its dramatic drop off and schools of pelagic fish. The dive guide, marine park fee, hire of tanks & weights are included in the price.
Gabre el Bint (08h00-16h00) (Tomb of the Girl) (Optional day trip)
Located in the Nabq nature reserve 30 km south of Dahab, this spectacular dive site can be reached only by foot, camel or boat, with the latter highly recommended. It is a 1 hour boat trip – includes 2 Dives & Lunch. The atmosphere is harsh and magnificent, dominated by impressive mountains higher than 1000 meters – you immediately get the impression you are visiting one of the few places unspoiled by tourism. You will visit virgin reefs during the one day safari. Gabr El Bint is incredibly
